You will need to submit a Health Professional assessment for inclusion of Three Things Mind Body Soul products in your plan along with an invoice from us to NDIS or your Plan Manager. Please fill out the MESSAGE form below with the following details:

• Three Things Mind Body Soul Products and Variation (Colours and Size)

For Agency Managed (NDIA) Funds
We are happy to issue you a quote and submit a payment request through the MyPlace portal using NDIS funding.
