Sun Stream Sauna Lifetime Warranty and Electrical Safety

Lifetime Residential Warranty

With any product that has working parts and electrics involved, there is the potential for breakdowns to occur. Therefore, it is extremely important that you have an adequate warranty in place.

The Sun Stream sauna range comes with the most comprehensive cover in the Infrared Sauna Industry, an indoor residential lifetime warranty on the heaters, the electronic control system, the cabinet for major deformations or breakage due to manufacturers defects, the light bulbs, sound system or anything else you can find.

How does it work should I have a fault or issue? First, don’t worry! In the rare event that you encounter an issue with your sauna, simply contact us for help, we can quickly diagnose the problem and send a replacement part or an electrician if necessary to ensure you are back sweating quick smart.

For commercial installations you are still covered under our 5 year warranty.

Terms and Conditions Apply.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

The warranty is not transferable to a third party, only the original purchaser can make claims under the terms of the warranty. This warranty shall not apply to any claims arising from the misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, improper installation, including but not limited to exposure to fire, excessive heat or other hazards of nature.

Electrical Safety

All Sun Stream saunas are built to the joint electrical safety standard AS/NZS 60335.1:2020 created by Standards Australia and Standards New Zealand. All components used in our saunas are ROHS compliant.

The last thing you want is a poorly tested electrical product in your home that can put your family safety and health at risk. Many cheap saunas exist on the market that are imported and don’t meet basic requirements. Safety certificates exist to minimise your risk as a consumer and help vouch that the product has passed important safety tests.

The TÜV Rheinland certification is a voluntary mark that is awarded to show that the product has been tested by a third party for safety and that continuous production control is maintained. Due to its validation process it is important to check for the TUV safety mark, which unlike the CE mark will prove certain safety standards have been attained. Pay special attention to this safety mark when doing your sauna research.
