Order Confirmation:
Once you placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will let reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made or refund your money back.
If your item(s) are available for shipment we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will be shipped within these specific product guidelines:
- Far Infrared Saunas delivery times are approximately from date of collection from the warehouse and it will be between 3-14 days depending on your location. Our delivery partner will be in touch 24 hours in advance to give you notice of your delivery.
- Cold Plunge Tubs delivery times are approximately from date of collection from the warehouse and it will be between 3-14 days depending on your location and we will email you with a tracking number once it has been dispatched.
- Red Light Therapy Panels delivery times is between 3 - 14 days depending on your location and we will email you with a tracking number once it has been dispatched.
We will send you a shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation from us within five business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at support@threethingsmindbodysoul.com
International Orders:
Please be aware that our products are made specifically for the Australian market. We are not taking orders internationally at this time.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you
notice any damage or loss upon receipt of your order, you should make note of it when signing for delivery and ensure the carrier's driver signs it also. Please notify Three Things Mind Body Soul within 2 business days.
If the shipment is damaged and unusable, it may be necessary and more efficient to refuse the order/delivery. Call us on 1300 478 819 before refusing any shipment. If no one answers our phone, please refuse delivery.
If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos
using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or
products inside the packaging. Please also save all packaging for all boxes received.
If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to support@threethingsmindbodysoul.com within 5 days of receipt, then visit our Returns page for more information.
Note: Your Sun Stream Infrared sauna shipment will in most cases consist of two to three large individual boxes. Our carrier will unload this and deliver this to your door. In most cases, a driver will not wait around while you open your boxes. Received boxes should be opened and inspected within 5 days of receipt. If damage or loss was not evident until you opened the package, please contact us immediately. Please save all packaging for all boxes received.
